How Do I Replace My HSA Debit Card? (HSA Bank)

Quick answer: If your card is lost or stolen, call HSA Bank immediately at 800-357-6246 (available 24/7). For any other replacement — damaged, worn out, or name change — log in to your HSA Bank account and order a replacement under Settings > Debit Cards. New cards arrive in 10–14 days.

These steps apply to churches whose HSA is administered by HSA Bank. If your church uses a different HSA provider, the process is similar but goes through that provider's portal or support line — check the back of your debit card for their number.

Lost or Stolen Card: Act Immediately

Call the HSA Bank Client Assistance Center at 800-357-6246 right away, any time of day. This cancels the missing card immediately so no one else can spend your HSA funds, and starts the replacement.

You can also cancel and reorder yourself online using the steps below — just do it promptly.

Ordering a Replacement Card Online

  1. Log in to your HSA Bank account (website or mobile app).

  2. Go to Settings and find Debit Cards.

  3. Click Manage Account.

  4. Select Order Replacement.

  5. Review the information and click Submit.

This cancels your current card and starts the replacement process.

What to Expect

  • Arrival time: Your replacement card should arrive by mail within 10–14 days.

  • In the meantime: You can still pay for qualified medical expenses out of pocket and reimburse yourself by filing a claim through the HSA Bank portal or app.
